Only the outdoor bath is heated. If you would like to use the infinity pool as a heated pool, please select the Winter Infinity Pool Plan when making your reservation.

Yes. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas.

Our villa is primarily designed for guests aged 12 and over (junior high school age and above).

As the property is not equipped with child-specific safety features or facilities, guests under the age of 12 may stay only under the full supervision and responsibility of their parent or guardian. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries occurring on the premises.

Yes. If you provide official documentation confirming your flight cancellation, we will issue a full refund of your accommodation fee.

We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

No. For hygiene reasons, we do not provide seasonings. Please bring any condiments you may need.

The standard rate is based on two guests. The villa can accommodate up to four guests.

The infinity pool is approximately 9 meters long, 2.4 meters wide, and 1.2 meters deep.

During the summer, the pool is available at natural water temperature.

During the winter season, you can enjoy the pool as a heated pool by selecting the optional Winter Infinity Pool Plan.

In Okinawa, the water begins to feel cooler from late November through around April. We recommend adding the heated pool option during this period for a more comfortable swimming experience.

Yes. However, as the villa is located in a quiet residential area, we kindly ask that you refrain from loud voices or playing music during nighttime hours.

Yes. Pajamas are provided for all registered guests.

There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance.

The nearest convenience stores and local supermarkets are approximately a 10–15 minute drive away. We recommend purchasing any necessities before arriving at the villa.

Yes. A BBQ grill is available for your use at no additional charge.

We also introduce a local catering service that delivers BBQ meal sets. If you wish to use this service, please make your reservation directly with the provider.

Yes, a coffee maker is provided.

Yes. Complimentary parking is available for up to two vehicles.

The nearest beach is approximately a 15-minute walk from the villa.
